We worked on two activities to address these areas.
The first activity was to define our customer segments and be as specific as possible. A cute nickname for the segment would make it more memorable and help us remember that segment more easily. Below is an example portion of what I thought.
I defined one of my segments as businesses that wanted a workshop to make their employees more creative. This is a bad example of a customer segment. It’s too broad and doesn’t have a cute nickname. For now, I will refer to this as Too Large a Segment and continue to work on narrowing the focus.
