The other day I watched one of those videos where a man walks an animal to the moon. While he was playing, I went through my thoughts, as I always do because I can’t do just one thing, and I stumbled upon a thought that said something like this:

Or something like that. It was just saying in a very positive way, that you don’t need to be 100% vegan to be a good person and make a difference for animals, the environment and your own life.

So this is what I want to do this year. I have no intention of going vegan, but I do want to cut down on animal products and more importantly, eat more plants every day. I want to make at least 2 of my three meals a day plant-based and dinner is a good place to start.
So if you’re like me and want to increase your consumption of plants while reducing your animal products, you can start with simple and easy plant-based ideas. It’s also great if you’re 100% vegan.
